This site is for you to learn all about the dangers of our railways. In Britain, we have over 20,000 kilometres of railway lines. Some of these are extremely busy mainlines and some are only used by one train every day, and some lines aren't even used more than once a week! But even the least used lines can be dangerous, and as more and more trains use the railway, they become more and more dangerous.

On the site, we will look at lots of different dangers of the railway. Most of these can only be caused by trespassing, which is when we enter the railway area. This can put you in serious danger. All of the topics can be found by clicking the links on the left hand side. This site is intended to be fun as well as teaching you about how dangerous railways are, so you'll find a gallery of trains, and some useful links to other websites for more information.

REMEMBER: Railways are VERY dangerous and you should never go near them unless you want to use them properly.
